Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–75 years; 2. ASA physical status classification ?–?; 3. Patients scheduled for elective abdominal or pelvic surgery requiring the Trendelenburg position during the operation; 4. Patients and their family members have been fully informed, provided consent, and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of neurological diseases; 2. Severe cardiovascular diseases; 3. Patients with ocular diseases or a history of eye surgery; 4. Patients with mental system diseases, a history of epilepsy, or cognitive impairment; 5. Respiratory diseases; 6. Patients with severe visual or hearing impairments, inability to communicate smoothly, or illiteracy; 7. Refusal to participate in this study.
