Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age 50 or above; 2) voluntary participation or willingness of a guardian to participate in the study, with the signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)a history of dementia of a known non-AD cause; 2)history of severe psychological or psychiatric disorders such as severe anxiety, depression, or schizophrenia, with evident cognitive abnormalities; 3)history of systemic diseases severely affecting the ability to live independently; 4)long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 5)history of traumatic brain injury with sequelae; 6) refusal or inability to cooperate in cognitive function tests; 7) incomplete clinical data; 8) related diseases such as nasal polyps, deviated nasal septum, nasal tumors, or nasal trauma.
