Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Through clinical examination and imaging examination, unilateral primary or secondary end-stage knee lesions are determined; 2. Age 60-80 years old (including 60 and 80 years old); 3. The study participant himself or his legal representative voluntarily receives the treatment and signs the "Informed Consent Form".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Persons who are unable to tolerate surgery in systemic conditions; 2.Patients with bilateral osteoarthritis; 3.Active infection; 4.Combined with other systemic bone or joint deformities; 5.The patient's preoperative CT and X-ray data were incomplete; 6. Patients do not agree to participate in this clinical trial study, and other researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this trial study.
