Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=60 years old, first unilateral total knee arthroplasty; 2. The patient has good communication skills, clear awareness, and can cooperate with the questionnaire; 3. Informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lower limb surgery; 2. Critical illness or severe dysfunction of important organs such as heart, brain, and kidney; 3. Those with severe cognitive impairment.
