Index test:Lung tissue specimens obtained via distance-guiding TBLC.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Clinical and radiological findings highly suggestive of ILD, with non-focal lesions on imaging requiring histopathological confirmation; 3.No contraindications to the procedure; 4.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncorrectable coagulation disorders; 2.Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3.Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) or severe arrhythmia within 3 months; 4.Anatomic abnormalities; 5.Increased intracranial pressure; 6.Allergy to anesthetics or bronchoscopy-related materials; 7.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for study participation by investigators.
