Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of acute ischemic Stroke 2023"; 3.The patient was diagnosed with ischemic stroke by head magnetic resonance imaging;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other systemic or cardiac diseases: specifically sepsis, chronic but stable heart failure, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, myocarditis, and recent cardiac interventions; 2.Ischemic causes of coronary demand not directly attributable to ischemic stroke (e.g., severe anemia and decreased blood oxygenation);
