Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA I-II; (2) Premature infants under general anesthesia for fundus examination and surgical treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative chest X-ray indicates pulmonary infection or exudative lung lesions; (2) Acute upper respiratory tract infection in the past two weeks; (3) Those who were on mechanical ventilation before surgery; (4) Collaborate with other surgeons.
