Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Imaging examination confirmed that it was a stroke; 2. The patient or his family complained that he had symptoms such as hoarseness and sound quality changes for the first time after the stroke; 3. Patients with stroke are limited to the subacute period, with a course of the disease not exceeding 1 year; 4. The age range of the patient is 18-70 years old, and the gender is not limited; 5. The patient can understand and execute simple instructions; 6. The voice condition is good before the onset of the disease; 7. There is no serious organ failure and normal cardiopulmonary function; 8. The family signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of thyroid and parathyroid surgery; 2. Previous history of throat diseases and hoarseness caused by vocal cords itself; 3. Neck skin infections and poor wound healing; 4. Pregnancy or tumor history; 5. Severe arrhythmia or pacemaker implantation.
