Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke according to the 2018 edition of "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke"; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Diagnosed with first-ever ischemic stroke through neuroimaging examinations such as cranial CT or MRI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records or basic information; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment or history of mental disorders; 3. Patients receiving reperfusion therapy or anticoagulant therapy during hospitalization; 4. Patients with previous history of stroke; 5. Patients who refuse to participate in follow-up; 6. Patients with poor compliance who discontinue secondary prevention medications during follow-up.
