18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >=18 years old and <=75 years old; 2. Patients with stage IIIb-IV non-small cell lung cancer; 3. At least one measurable lesion; 4. ECOG physical fitness score is 0-1; 5. No systemic treatment; 6. Voluntary and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases/metabolic diseases and other active cancers; 2.Other malignant tumors within 5 years; 3. Allergic to or contraindicated to the use of the test drug; 4. Patients with positive driver genes such as ALK and EGFR; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a positive pregnancy test (urine or serum) prior to enrollment in the study; 6. Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment.
