Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Pathologically confirmed cN0 breast cancer with documented sentinel lymph node (SLN) status; (2) Complete clinical and pathological records; (3) Absence of concurrent malignancies; (4) Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) performed within 4 weeks prior to surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Any anticancer therapy administered before MRI and surgery; (2) Non-mass enhancement (NME) pattern on MRI; (3) Significant artifacts compromising image quality; (4) Incomplete clinicopathological data.
