Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Duration of the disease> = 3 months; 2. CT or MRI confirmed cervical disc degeneration, disc bulge, and no obvious stenosis of the spinal canal and lateral crypts; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Headache Disorders (3rdedition, ICHD-3); 4. 18-65 years old; 5. MoCA score>=18; 6. Clear consciousness, fluent speech, no obvious abnormalities in vision, hearing, etc., and able to cooperate; 7. Moderate or severe pain most of the time, VAS score >=4 points; 8. Conservative treatment such as physical therapy and oral drugs is not effective, and minimally invasive interventional treatment is attempted for the first time. 9. Agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Headaches caused by various other causes; 2. MoCA score<18 Previous history of occipital surgery and neck trauma; 3. Previous history of cerebrovascular disease (including hemorrhagic and ischemic cerebrovascular disease); 4. History of other central nervous system diseases affecting cognitive function (head trauma, tumor, infection, carbon monoxide poisoning, demyelinating changes, degenerative injuries, etc.); 5. Alzheimer's disease and other cognitive impairment diseases; 6. Mental and psychological disorders; 7. History of serious internal diseases (cardiopulmonary failure, obvious liver and kidney function damage, anemia, chronic electrolyte disorders, history of heavy metal poisoning, severe hypoglycemia and diabetic ketoacidosis, etc.).
