Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver cancer diagnosed by rapid pathological examination before or during surgery; 2. The maximum diameter of the mass is at least 1cm, and the sample will not affect the routine histological diagnosis after the sample is kept; 3. No neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 4. The patient has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with small masses that will affect their routine histological diagnosis after sampling; 2. Patients who have received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 3. Patients with obvious bleeding and necrosis visible to the naked eye of the mass; 4. Patients with HBV, HIV and other infectious diseases in the window period; 5. Patients who have explicitly refused to participate in clinical trials.
