Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective ERCP, regardless of gender, aged 65 years or older, with BMI 18–30 kg/m^2, and ASA physical status i–III; 2.Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Emergency surgery; 2.Heart rate less than 50 bpm; 3.Pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) less than 90%; 4.Patients allergic to opioids, Ciprofol, propofol, and other study drugs; 5.ASA physical status IV or V; 6.Morbid obesity; 7.Asthma; 8.Alcoholism and drug abuse; 9.Complicated with severe diseases of liver, kidney, blood system, nervous system, or metabolic system.
