Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study plans to enroll 200 patients with solid malignant tumors, including but not limited to lung cancer and esophageal cancer, admitted to the outpatient and ward departments of the Oncology Department at West China Hospital, Sichuan University. 1. Pathological diagnosis of solid malignant tumor, stage I-IV 2. Basic condition is stable, cognitive ability is intact, and they are able to undergo chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 3. Age >=18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient's condition has progressed and they are unable to continue cancer treatment. 2. The patient has a severe systemic infection and requires antibiotic treatment.
