Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathologically confirmed cervical cancer, staged as IIIC according to the 2018 FIGO staging system (i.e., metastasis confined to pelvic and/or para-aortic lymph nodes); 2.Underwent surgical treatment followed by standard concurrent chemoradiotherapy (including platinum-based chemotherapy); 3.Distant metastasis occurred within 12 months after surgery, confirmed by histological or imaging evidence; 4.followed up for more than 18 months postoperatively without evidence of distant metastasis; 5.Availability of complete formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections of the primary tumor after surgery (some patients may also have metastatic lesion tissues); 6.Complete or traceable clinical treatment information and follow-up data are available; 7.Sample collection and usage comply with ethical principles and relevant regulations governing human genetic resources;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent or previous history of other malignancies; 2.Patients with severe immunodeficiency, active infection, or autoimmune diseases; 3.Patients who did not receive postoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy, or had poor treatment adherence or interruption of the treatment regimen; 4.Lack of available FFPE tissue specimens (primary tumor or metastatic lesions), or specimens with severe degradation making analysis difficult; 5.Missing key clinical information, insufficient follow-up, or unclear status of distant metastasis; 6.Specimens obtained through unauthorized means, or patients did not authorize secondary use of data and do not meet ethical exemption criteria;
