Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years; 2. Able to understand the test instructions and independently complete the test movements; 3. No history of musculoskeletal or neurological drug use in the past 3 months; 4. Diagnosed with sarcopenia (based on the 2019 diagnostic criteria of the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia, AWGS); 5. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form, capable of completing the questionnaire, intervention study, and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, advanced cancer, or other severe illnesses; 2. Having lower limb joint diseases or functional impairments that affect independent walking; 3. Clearly diagnosed with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; 4. Having severe organic diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, etc., and/or moderate to severe functional impairments; 5. Having metal or electronic devices implanted in the body that may interfere with related examinations.
