Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depression in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); 2. First onset of illness, without taking antidepressants or other psychiatric medications; 3. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD17) score <= 24 points; 4. Age range of 18 to 65 years old, gender not limited, primary school education or above; 5. Not participating in regular aerobic exercise for one month before admission; 6. Provide informed consent for this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge individuals with other mental disorders; 2. Currently suffering from serious physical illnesses or drug dependence; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who strongly reject exercise therapy.
