Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female adolescents aged 13-17 years; 2.According to the 2017 Chinese blood pressure reference value standard for children aged 3-17, the blood pressure in the three time points on different days is lower than the P90 point value, and the blood pressure in the three time points on different days must be =130/80mmHg in three time points on different days in all age groups of adolescents; 19/5000 Normal left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF>=0.5);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary hypertension: secondary hypertension caused by renal parenchymal diseases, renal vascular diseases, aortic coarctation and endocrine system diseases; 2.Malignant hypertension; 3.Myocarditis and cardiomyopathy; 4.Congenital heart disease; 5.Valvular heart disease: The presence of aortic, mitral, tricuspid, or pulmonary valve any valve stenosis or more moderate regurgitation; 6.Kawasaki disease; 7.Ventricular tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, degree II and above atrioventricular block; 8.Abnormal liver function (more than 3.0 times the upper limit of normal), abnormal kidney function (more than 2 mg/dl creatinine); 9.Lung infections, malignant tumors, connective tissue diseases, amyloid diseases, etc; 10.Use of antihypertensive drugs: Use of the following drugs within 3 months prior to sample collection: angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI), beta blockers, Ca2+ channel antagonists, cardiovascular drugs such as antiplatelet or anticoagulant, lipid-lowering drugs, metformin. 11.The ultrasound image quality is poor;
