Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 30-90 years old, gender is not limited; 2. First occurrence of ischemic stroke, which has been clinically diagnosed and confirmed by head MRI; 3. Unilateral hand dysfunction caused by this stroke; 4. The course of the disease is within 2 weeks; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Bilateral hemispheric cerebral infarction; 2. Obvious cognitive impairment, i.e., Mini-Mental State Examination score <24/30; 3. Those who have other neuropsychiatric diseases and other serious diseases that cannot be cooperated.
