Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate students who enroll in the Doctor-Patient Communication and Skills course from September to November 2025; 2. Voluntary participation in the study with signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students who did not enroll in the course; 2. Students with mental disorders or conditions that impair communication ability; 3. Students who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
