Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overall Inclusion Criteria: Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited, has done serum 14 food-specific IgG antibody tests in the past 3 months, voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form. Group Inclusion Criteria: 1. IBS-D group (diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome): (1) Diagnosis meets Rome IV criteria; (2) According to the Bristol Stool Trait Classification Scale: >=25% of Bristol type 6 or 7 bowel movements, =75 points. 2. IBS-C group (constipation-type irritable bowel syndrome): (1) Diagnosis meets Rome IV criteria; According to the Bristol Stool Trait Classification Scale: >=25% of Bristol stool classification is type 1 or 2, =75 points; 3. Healthy volunteer group: The research subjects are healthy volunteers who come to our hospital for physical examination and have no symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use of antibiotics, probiotics, immunosuppressants, hormones, anti-allergy drugs, immunomodulators, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and other drugs that may interfere with the intestinal microbiota in the past 1 month; 2. Recent history of acute gastrointestinal infection or other acute medical conditions; Combined with serious organ diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, or other organic bowel diseases and other intestinal structural diseases (such as gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal tumors, etc.); 3. Women who are pregnant, lactating or menstruating; 4. Those with a history of abdominal surgery; 5. Those with endocrine or immune system diseases; 6. Cognitive impairment or severe mental illness; 7. Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form; 8. Any other situations that are not suitable for inclusion.
