Inclusion criteria: 1. age >=18 years; 2. patients admitted to ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ICU length of stay <=48 hours; 2. presence of pressure injury at ICU admission; 3. patient or family informed consent and voluntary participation in this study
