Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The postoperative pathology was breast cancer; 2. Multimodal ultrasound examination was performed before NAC and after the second cycle of NAC; 3. Lesion and lymph node puncture were performed before NAC; 4. The operation can be performed in our hospital and the postoperative pathology can be obtained;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathology was non-breast cancer; 2. The preoperative ultrasound image of the patient was incomplete and the image quality was poor; 3. The clinical and pathological information of the patients was incomplete;
