20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20-45 years 2. Gestational age of = 13 weeks 3. Singleton pregnancy 4. Plan to take regular prenatal examinations during the whole pregnancy and deliver at recruitment and research settings 5. Willing to comply with the study follow-up schedule and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With preexisting Type 1 diabetes or Type 2 diabetes before the study 2. With fasting plasma glucose =7.0 mmol/L or 75 g glucose OGTT determination of plasma glucose =11.1 mmol/L for 2 hours, or with HbA1c =6.5% during pregnancy. 3. Have serious skin conditions (eg. allergies, eczema) that precludes wearing the sensor for 15 days 4. With chronic preexisting serious conditions including cancer, cardiac insufficiency, hepatic or kidney dysfunction, psychosis, or any other serious comorbidities 5. Take glucose-lowering medications or steroids that affect blood glucose levels at enrollment 6. For whom continuation of pregnancy is medically contraindicated, or any other individual determined by the investigators to be unsuitable for study enrolment.
