Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The participants completed courses in human anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pathophysiology and diagnostics and had an average grade point average of >= 2.5.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The final exams for six courses - Human Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pathophysiology and Diagnostics - were failed previously. (2) Transferred to another major, missed classes or dropped out during this academic year. (3) Refused to join or left halfway for personal reasons. (4) Failed to complete multiple-choice exercises or the Urinary System course. (5) Did not complete the multiple-choice exam for the Urinary System. (6) As well as the missing subjects in the final exam of the semester.
