Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age range: 18-80 years old. 2.The clinical diagnosis is cubital tunnel syndrome (electromyography confirms ulnar nerve conduction velocity = 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous history of elbow surgery. 2.There are contraindications for elbow surgery. 3.There is cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (C5-T1) and other peripheral nerve compression disorders. 4.Individuals with infections, bleeding, and developmental abnormalities in the elbow.
