Interventions

REST group:Conduct regular rehabilitation training in the rehabilitation hall according to the specific conditions of the patient, 3 times a week, 30 minutes each time.
LV-HIIT group:Power bike training is carried out using the LV-HIIT exercise protocol, and exercise is carried out under the monitoring of electrocardiogram, blood pressure and pulse oximetry to ensure
LV-HIIT+VR group:Combine VR training on the basis of the LV-HIIT exercise prescription.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, including chronic stable exertional angina pectoris, stable phase after acute coronary syndrome, asymptomatic ischemic heart disease, vasospastic angina pectoris, and microvascular angina pectoris; (2) Aged 40-80 years; (3) New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class < III, and stable condition; (4) Low-risk or intermediate-risk in coronary heart disease exercise risk stratification; (5) Informed consent obtained from patients and their families, and voluntary signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with coronary heart disease who have coronary artery stenosis =50% in the left main coronary artery or =70% in other coronary arteries as indicated by coronary angiography or coronary CTA, and who have not undergone revascularization therapy; (2) Patients with a cardiac pacemaker implanted; (3) Patients with malignant arrhythmia, grade ? atrioventricular block, acute pericarditis, severe valvular heart disease, myocardial disease, or other comorbid medical conditions that make them unable to tolerate exercise training; (4) Patients with unstable cerebrovascular disease; (5) Patients with mental disorders.
