Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The stenosis rate of the carotid artery is >= 70%; 2.Accept endovascular stent implantation treatment; 3.MoCA <26 points (<25 points if education <= 12 years);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age< 18 years old; 2. Previously diagnosed non-vascular cognitive impairment diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and frontotemporal dementia; 3. History of brain diseases such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and traumatic brain injury within 3 months; 4. Pregnancy status, history of autoimmune system disease; 5. History of infection within 1 month, use of antibiotics and immunosuppressants; 6. Unable to cooperate with the completion of the scale assessment;
