Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18–28 years; 2. Sitting for >=6 hours per day on at least 5 days per week, with sedentary behavior lasting for at least 6 months; 3. No severe spinal conditions (e.g., herniated discs, scoliosis >20 degrees), cardiovascular diseases, or contraindications to exercise; 4. No regular core training or high-intensity exercise in the past 6 months; 5. BMI between 18.5 and 24 kg/m^2; 6. Presence of neck and shoulder pain/discomfort, stiffness in paraspinal muscles, and mild limitations in spinal mobility; 7. Mild changes in spinal curvature, minor joint dysfunction, or mild vertebral instability; 8. Participants must voluntarily agree to participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent acute low back pain or unresolved sports injuries; 2. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 3. Participating in other interventional studies; 4. Presence of congenital spinal deformities, accompanied by cardiopulmonary dysfunction, or spinal cord injuries, etc.
