Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion: 18-65 years old, BMI>=28 kg/m², elective laparoscopic surgery (>=2 hours), ASA I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative atelectasis, pregnancy, intraoperative laparotomy, presence of severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction (such as New York Heart Association cardiac function class III - IV, acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.), chest trauma or thoracic deformity affecting lung ultrasound, coagulation dysfunction with bleeding tendency to tolerate ultrasound probe placement, mental disorder unable to cooperate with the investigator
