Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent for the study; 2.Age 1–7 years;3.Diagnosis of hypospadias.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other congenital diseases ;2.Upper respiratory tract infection;3.Allergy to opioids;4.Organ dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, etc.
