Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The subjects have a full understanding of the purpose and significance of this trial and voluntarily participate in this clinical trial. All patients have voluntarily signed the informed consent form. (2) Patients scheduled for elective tracheal intubation under general anesthesia. (3) Age 60 to 80 years old, gender (Note: "" is not directly translatable in this context, so it is left as "" or "unrestricted" could be used if a direct translation is needed). (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to III. (5) Complete clinical data and independent communication ability. (6) Approved by the hospital's ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe vascular diseases or dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; (2) Allergy to anesthetic drugs or benzodiazepines; (3) Bradycardia (heart rate < 55 beats per minute); (4) Any signs of systemic or pulmonary infection; (5) Those with a history of mental illness; (6) Other reasons deemed unsuitable for participation in the clinical trial by the researchers.
