Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III 2. Age>=18 years old 3. Planned to undergo general anesthesia lower abdominal surgery: gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, intestine and other surgeries 4. Estimated operation time>=2h and <=5h 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative body temperature> 37.5°C or =28 kg/m^2 6. Estimated intraoperative blood loss >=800 ml 7. Concomitant infectious diseases
