Sinus rhythm group (Healthy controls with sinus rhythm):
Atrial fibrillation group (Patients with atrial fibrillation):None
Recurrence group (Follow up for 1 year with recurrence after catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation):None
Non-recurrence group (Follow up for 1 year without recurrence after catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation):None

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Non valvular atrial fibrillation patients undergoing catheter ablation at Liuzhou Workers' Hospital; The electrocardiogram of the healthy control group showed sinus rhythm; (2) Age >= 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation; (2) History of cardiac surgery; (3) Severe organic heart disease (such as congenital heart disease, dilated cardiomyopathy, ischemic cardiomyopathy, etc.); (4) Malignant tumors; (5) Connective tissue disease; (6) Severe liver, kidney, and lung dysfunction; (7) Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism.
