Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Esophageal cancer patients 1. Age >18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with esophageal cancer and planned to undergo surgical resection; 3. No history of malignant tumors in the past; 4. I have not received any anti-tumor treatments such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or targeted therapy. Healthy participants: 1. Age>18 years old; 2. After gastroscopy examination, no tumor or precancerous lesions were found in the esophagus and stomach; 3. No current or previous history of malignant tumors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to tolerate the collection of exhaled breath condensate; 2. Existence or suspected active infection; 3. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Insufficient collection of exhaled condensate or unqualified quality inspection.
