Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with thyroid-related eye diseases admitted to the Ophthalmology Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from May 2023 to November 2023 were included; patients was recently diagnosed with graves' disease in the Endocrinology Department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other diseases in the eyes (high myopia, glaucoma, uveitis, diseases affecting eye movement, entropion, pterygium, MGD, chronic ocular surface inflammation, etc.); 2. History of ocular trauma and surgery; 3. Wearing contact lenses, using artificial tears and other eye medications within 3 months; Suffering from sinusitis, systemic diseases (including autoimmune diseases, myasthenia gravis, diabetes, hypertension, malignant tumors, etc.); 4. Received thyroid surgery, radioactive iodine therapy, orbital radiotherapy, systemic immunosuppressant therapy, etc. in the past 3 years; 5. Taking drugs that affect the composition of the tear film (including antispasmodics, diuretics, ß-blockers, antihistamines, etc.); 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Older than 60 years old or less than 20 years old; 8. Ocular surface exposure, blink insufficiency, etc.
