Age
60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 60 - 85 years old (2) Male or female (3) LVEF >= 50% as shown by TEE examination (4) H2FPEF >= 6 points or HFA-PEFF >= 5 points (5) Obvious signs of heart failure such as shortness of breath and decreased exercise tolerance (6) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe valvular disease, congenital heart disease; (2) Severe pulmonary hypertension; (3) After cardiac pacemaker implantation; (4) Severe left heart failure; (5) Various bleeding disorders; (6) Active thrombophlebitis; (7) Concurrent infection or other inflammatory diseases; (8) Severe lung disease and liver or kidney insufficiency; (9) Malignant diseases; (10) Patients who have not signed the informed consent form.
