Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with CAI were screened based on the criteria proposed by the International Ankle Consortium; (2) aged 18 to60, gender not limited, no ankle sprain in the past month; no other treatment in the past 3 months; (3) unilateral ankle injury; (4) no other diseases in the healthy lower extremity; (5) good compliance, able to complete the training schedule on time; (6) no regular exercise habit; (7) all signed the informed consent before the experiment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are other diseases that cause abnormal walking function; (2) severe lesions of vital organs are combined; (3) pathological fractures postoperative infections, and those with nerve injuries; (4) positive results of anterior drawer test and calcaneus tilt test; (5) other diseases that may affect the balance, such as central nervous system or vestibular system diseases, and severe visual impairment; (6) those who cannot tolerate or accept acupuncture; (7) those withagulation dysfunction; those with skin injuries or other skin problems at the puncture site; (8) those who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment.
