40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 40–60 years who meet the diagnostic criteria for perimenopause/with a modified Kupperman Index (KI) score of >=6 points. 2. Women who have a need for decision-making regarding menopausal hormone therapy (MHT). 3. Women who have provided informed consent and are willing to cooperate to complete this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have no spontaneous menstruation due to premature ovarian failure, primary amenorrhea, secondary amenorrhea, etc. 2. Women who have undergone hysterectomy. 3. Women with contraindications to menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) (known or suspected pregnancy, unexplained vaginal bleeding, known or suspected breast cancer, etc.). 4. Women with intellectual and cognitive impairments, excluding organic mental disorders, and unable to communicate effectively through normal speech. 5. Women who have experienced major stressful events within the past three months, such as bereavement, unemployment, or divorce.
