Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing staff who have worked continuously in the emergency infusion room for =1 month; 2. Those who agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Trainee/trial nurse; 2. Intern nurse; 3. Individuals who have participated in similar studies within the past month.
