Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed NMIBC patients; 2. Age >= 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3. Planning to undergo secondary ET; 4. Must provide sufficient urine samples after the first ET and before the second ET; 5. Able to sign the informed consent form, willing to abide by the agreement, good compliance, and cooperate with the follow-up of the participating center.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with relapsed NMIBC and then progressed to MIBC; 2. Lymph node metastasis or distant metastasis at the time of first visit; 3. History of other malignant tumors or any anticancer treatment within 5 years; 4. Combined with other genitourinary tumors (renal cancer or prostate cancer); 5. Participated in drug clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment; 6. Any situation that the researcher believes may increase the risk of the subjects or interfere with the implementation of the clinical trial; 7. Due to various reasons, the samples and clinical data are incomplete.
