Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria: 1) Age >=18 years old; 2) patients with prostate cancer diagnosed by histopathology and family caregivers; 3) to undergo radical prostatectomy and go home after discharge; 4)Ability to communicate normally; 5) informed consent and voluntary participation (2) Inclusion criteria of caregivers: 1) age >=18 years old; 2) family caregivers who are responsible for the main care of patients, and their care time is >=4 hours per day; 3) one of the family members of the prostate cancer patient, such as his spouse, children, parents or other relatives; 4) Ability to communicate normally; 5)informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with other cancers or life-threatening diseases; 2) previous or current history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; (2) Exclusion criteria of caregivers: 1) paid caregivers; 2) caregivers were medical staff; 3) previous or current history of mental illness or cognitive impairment.
