Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.>= 18 years old; 2.Clinical diagnosis of retinitis pigmentosa (RP); 3.Bilateral cataract meeting the indications for intraocular lens (IOL) implantation; 4.Willingness to participate in the study and signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of intraocular surgery; 2.Severe zonular weakness (e.g., zonular dialysis >90°, lens subluxation/dislocation); 3.Other ocular comorbidity: such as pseudoexfoliation syndrome, high myopia, ocular trauma, corneal dystrophies, uveitis, glaucoma, etc. 4.Severe systemic diseases: such as severe hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, Alzheimer's, Parkinson, etc.
