Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older. 2. Living in the community. 3. Normal cognitive function, screened using SPMSQ with a score of >= 8. 4. Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese. 5. Able to participate in the full 12-week program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of neurological or psychiatric disorders, such as stroke, brain injury, dementia, Parkinson's disease, or depression. 2. A history of myocardial infarction, heart failure, or cardiomyopathy within the past six months. 3. Diagnosed with cognitive impairment by a physician. 4. Limited mobility or walking ability due to musculoskeletal problems or visual impairments. 5. Experiencing major life events within the past three months (e.g., bereavement, serious illness diagnosis, financial hardship, or significant family disruptions) that may affect the participant’s psychological or physical state and hinder participation in the study.
