Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged >=18 years who need CT, MRI or three-dimensional reconstruction due to diseases (such as liver tumors, hepatolithiasis, etc.); (2) CT image quality: slice thickness <=1.25 mm, intact arterial phase, portal phase and delayed phase; (3) The patient's related diseases did not accumulate liver S4 segments, and did not cause anatomical changes of S4 segments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) previous history of liver S4 surgery or interventional therapy; (2) unclear visualization of S4 portal vein due to diseases such as portal vein tumor thrombus; (3) analysis of the influence of low image resolution or motion artifacts or contrast agent extravasation in CT images.
