Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Older patients aged 65–85 years; 2. Patients attending the geriatric medicine outpatient clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete assessments, interviews, or follow-up due to various reasons (e.g., severe cognitive impairment, disability, etc.); 2. Expected life expectancy of less than one year.
