Index test:According to ASDAS-CRP >= 2.1 as the active group, ASDAS-CRP < 2.1 as the inactive group.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Compliance with the latest diagnostic criteria of ax-SpA ( 2 ) Complete clinical and MRI data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with acute and chronic infection, patients with hepatitis B or hepatitis C activity ( 2 ) Patients with malignant tumors ( 3 ) Patients who have previously received tumor necrosis factor ( TNF ) biological agents ( 4 ) Patients with heart, liver and kidney dysfunction who cannot tolerate contrast agent injection ( 5 ) MRI image quality is unqualified.
