Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with primary central nervous system lymphoma by pathology; 2. The lesion is confined to the central nervous system (brain parenchyma, meninges, spinal cord, or intraocular) with no evidence of systemic lymphoma; 3. Received treatment in the unit from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2024; 4. Received at least one systemic treatment for primary central nervous system lymphoma, including but not limited to high-dose methotrexate regimen, targeted therapy, autologous stem cell transplantation, etc., with no limit on the number of treatment lines; 5. Age>=18 years old; 6. Provide complete clinical information; 7. Meet the conditions for exemption from informed consent by the institutional ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-PCNSL cases; (1) Secondary central nervous system lymphoma; (2) Other types of central nervous system tumors; 2. Lack of pathological or cytological diagnosis; 3. Patients with incomplete data or unable to obtain complete treatment and follow-up information; 4. Patients with other malignant tumors.
