Interventions
Control group:The nursing interns in the control group received regular nursing teaching in the form of theoretical explanations and clinical operation explanations and demonstrations.
Intervention group:On the basis of routine nursing teaching, the nursing interns in the intervention group carried out a digital loose-leaf teaching material program based on the CDIO model.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Undergraduate nursing interns who are all enrolled in orthopedic practice; 2.The nursing student agrees to participate in this clinical study, voluntarily signs an informed consent form, and agrees to participate in all trainings, questionnaires, and examinations as required by the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Nursing interns with work experience; 2.Interns participating in other clinical education programs during the same period.
